Cooling system cleanup. Didn't want to even begin to drive without making sure it was reliable. Installed aluminum unit from Champion Cooling (EC7980) cleaned up frame, housing, hoses.
The new radiator fit without issue, but has about 1/2" gap on either side. Nothing I worry about, but notable for others changing radiators.
The hose to the lower outlet rubs against the motor mount. I wrapped it in stainless steel for protection.
I suppose at some time I'll get the original radiator re-cored. The guy who did them here retired - so I'll have to go out of town - but someone may need it in the future.
