1st August 2004: Replaced 4 main fasteners from rear of Prop-shaft with new Air Force/Navy grade bolts.
Discovered that shoulder on bolts previously fitted was too short!
I further discovered that bolts previously fitted were only 'T' grade but should have been 'V' grade or better.
The new Air Force/Navy bolts are 'V'' grade and gold in colour.
3rd August 2004: 14,099 miles. Replaced 4 main fasteners from front of Prop-shaft with new Air Force/Navy grade bolts.
I had to fit them the other way around, as the bolts were too long to fit with the Volvo rear flange on my gearbox.
nb. Idle still requires adjustment down from 2,000 RPM
8th August 2004: Removed LH front wheel, removed brake Caliper, replaced EBC Green Kevlar front pads.
Cleaned LH front Caliper and painted Caliper with 3 coats of red Caliper paint.
Cleaned LH front wheel with Meguair's Gold Glass Alloy Wheel Cleaner.
10th August 2004: Replaced loose bullet connector on LT ignition circuit with tighter connector. Discovered that fuel filter in engine bay would not tighten up properly.
11th August 2004: Fitted new engine bay fuel filter, (now I have 3 matching Spectra filters).
14th August 2004: Removed RH front wheel, removed brake Caliper, replaced EBC Green Kevlar front pads. Cleaned RH front Caliper and painted Caliper with 3 coats of red Caliper paint.
Cleaned RH front wheel with Meguair's Gold Glass Alloy Wheel Cleaner.

20th August 2004: 14,239 miles. Checked Engine Oil, half way down dip stick, top-up tomorrow.
Adjusted Tire Pressures to 28 psi Front, 30 psi rear.
Added 15 Oz Lucas Octane Booster to LH tank.
