Looked carefully at a derelict Spit and am undecided about buying it. Car hasn't been driven for 20 years so it will need a bottoms up restoration. The car has problems with the driver's side door: bad hinges. Body work is minimal with the usual Triumph rust decay spots, though the rocker panels appear OK. Need to inventory the work to be done and then decide on a possible total investment cost.
