Eduardo ValverdeSilva's 1973 Triumph Spitfire MkIV
|
My father bought this car in March, 1973. It has always been in the family. He used it on a daily basis for several years. My mother did it also, after him, until it was promoted to a lazy Sunday afternoon ride!
When I was 11, the Spit was one of my driving teachers. It's not easy for a kid to press the clutch hard enough to reach the bottom. When I took my driver's license, the Spit became my ride, until today. I have an Alfa to daily use, but my Spitfire is my real passion.
