Is this brake master cylinder worth refurbishing?

I have been toying with that idea for years. What size did you sleeve down to and where did you get seals for them?

I bored out to fit 5/8 ID thin wall tube so still used OE seals.
The pivot hole was welded up and re-drilled about 1/4 inch lower to reduce pedal force.

Just the way I've been thinking of doing the mod. I have one old brake master that needs a sleeve. And a pedal bracket that has been modded to move the pivot closer to the cylinders. Looks like I'm well on the way.
