It's time to sell my Spitfire. This was purchased by my father new in 1975 and turned into an autocrosser in 1976!!. Car has less than 13K miles on it. $4000.00 Call Rich with questions 313-377-9542.
Full race small journal 1300 with 12:1 compression,custom forged pistons,lightened and balanced,aluminum flywheel
4.11 differential
Twin modified 1.25" SU's
Close ratio TR7 geared transmission (2ND gear on most courses)
Rose joint or poly bushed suspension with 480 lb. front springs with 1" swaybar,race rear spring with "Z" bar
Restored three years ago with new paint and all holes filled with rear flares
Aluminum radiator
Modified oil pan for no starvation in corners
Titanium retainers
12MMx1.5 wheel studs and EBC pads
A great car and a blast to drive,I have built an EMOD Spitfire and just can't justify keeping it anymore.
