As a matter of interest, do all cars have 2 right and 2 left handed threaded knock offs.

If you don't, then there is going to be a wheel that will be coming off soon. If on wrong side the wheel will unscrew itself in a short time.

Think opposites attract. Left threaded on the right side. Right threaded on the left side. Of course, if you drive your car in reverse all of the time, then you might want to consider reversing the knock-offs. Things get complicated if you own a Lotus Elan, on some of the knock-offs, the thread directions are reversed on center-lock hubs, where the knock-off fits inside the wheel center.

Yes - LH on the right, RH on the left. They self tighten as you drive.
