Hello everyone, First post on this site. I salvage parts from cars in scarp yards and find all kinds of neat stuff. I was pulling parts from a bunch of 1965 SAAB's and found this fuel injected manifold in the trunk. I thought since it was in a SAAB it was one of theirs, never seen one before. I don't think it is any more and I am wondering if maybe you guys could help identify it. It is a Stanpart 311684 for a 4 cylinder. Any idea's?

The early SAAB 99's had a Triumph designed and built engine. I worked on them in the mid '70s at a SAAB dealer. They had head gasket problems and were eventually completely redesigned by SAAB into a reliable unit of 2 liters. IIRC, the Triumph engines were initially carburetored, and the later they had the fuel injection. The 2 liter units were fuel injected.
