I've used various products to clean and "shine" my tires.
Last month I bought a bottle of Meguiar's High Gloss HOT SHINE Tire Spray
Disaster!
My tires are now an ugly shade of brown.
Anyone else had this problem?
The tires are brand new,
so I washed them with household detergent & high pressure water
to remove any factory preservative, then used the Meguiar's product.
I'm not sure what to use to remove the "brown"
Any ideas?

Frank, I had good luck with Griot's Rubber Prep (Griot's Garage). I also use their Long Lasting Tire Dressing.

Thanks all for the imput. I was hoping for a
magic solution. Looks like it's going to be "elbow grease"
Some guy on Facebook says use "Pledge" furniture polish????

I believe Pledge is basically Silicon. I use "Forever Black" that I purchase from Amazon, it is a pigmented black dye and gives the tire a satin finish and last for the entire summer with out a recoat. I buy three of their products, one for tires, another for tops and a third for bumpers.
