Anyone know what the operating temperature range is for the differential? Thought I might try taking infrared temps on the road trip to McCall this weekend. Thanks!

Should be around 185 F. There's a thread on 6-Pack detailing operating temperatures of various components.....

Cheers

Did 2 temp readings on the way to McCall, ID last Friday using an infrared gun. Cool and rainy, 141 F 150 miles out and 154 F 275 miles out. Thinking I would have easily been near the 185 F if a typical summer day . Thanks for the info Tush!

Great 1,000 mile road trip in the 250!
