yup. That top one is a real pain. I modified a cheap 1/2" open end and put a dogleg in it (cut twice and welded back together). Had to grind a little away for rotational clearance, but it makes access much easier.I've got a pic of it somewhere.

They do sell those, ya know! I was thinking to measure it out and seeing if the standard one would work. Otherwise I'll have to come up with an alternate tool as well. Without a welder I'm going to have to be very creative. .

Yeah. But for me I figure why spend more than necessary. Pls, if I can make it, why not?That said, it's good time to start researching welders- you're gonna need one

I know I'll need a welder, but I'm concentrating on the engine now and get overwhelmed if I have too many balls in the air at a time.
