Ever since I bought a pair of Shwood Canby Zebrawood sunglasses, I've really fallen in love with Zebrawood.
I felt like the strong horizontal lines give a relaxed and chill feel. Some of the other wood options for wood dashes feel either too plain or over posh. Most look really nice, but many times the wood choice can be a little too sophisticated and luxury looking for a Triumph. Leave those wood veneers for Lincoln Towncars and other luxury sedans. Triumphs are made to be fun. Have some zing.
My original dash is peeling and cracked at screw insertion points, so I felt a zebra wood dash was the way to go.
I contacted Randy Keller at Prestige Autowood http://www.prestigeautowood.com/ and he was amazing. He worked with me to find the perfect zebra wood and I was a truly picky customer. I have to say he did an AMAZING job. The pictures won't show you the feel and quality of the dash. 10/10 would buy again (hopefully I won't have to for a long time!)
