TR4 1963....OK, I am restoring my TR and took the dash in to be powercoated. The glove box had a shift decal on it so I took a pic to remember. I asked Moss about if it was available and they told me that they don't remember even seeing it on a TR. Does anyone have this decal or was it something someone added? Pic

Appears like it was added. The original gear shift know was just a black plastic ball with no shift pattern engraved so I bet a P.O. applied the sticker.

If there was a decal like this from the factory, it would have been on the inside of the glove box door not the outside.

thanks for you replies . Instead of having one made to go back on, I'll probably just leave it off but glad there was some other TR that had it. My mind is at rest.

A long shot, but could these cars maybe have once been rentals?
