Reducing Chassis Flex on TR4A IRS

Anyone have suggestions as how to reduce flex by modifying the chassis without removing the body.

Malcom,
I would say you have little chance with the chassis on the tub. I've done four IRS chassis with varying degrees of reinforcement.
If you were to go with any of the comercially available stiffening kits most of the little bits are in positions you just can't get to
and the places where you can reach from below put the welder in an overhead position in very tight places welding to pretty thin base material.
To do it well you really need to do the welding in a flat position from above.
For my race car chassis I completely boxed the frame front to rear and replaced the trailing arm supports with grade 500 structural tube as well
as gusseted all the joints top & bottom.
