Believe it or not, but there were a run of those made about ten years ago from the original dies. Here's one, but you have to inquire.

I believe Exeter in California is the source:
Exeter Auto Supply
A little pricey but extremely well made. I really like it on mine

I made contact with the guy who took over the Exeter website. He said to order through that site and it would be mailed out "no problem"...I already sent in an order for "YIN"...the black RHD TR4...cannot wait...!

I bet you will not be disappointed! I put one on my TR3A a few years ago, and I inherited a second one when I bought my latest TR4. You may know this already, but the cover is a little taller than stock so you will need to fabricate some longer studs for it if you want to use the typical hold down nuts. On my 3A, I kept the shorter studs and used an MG style nut:Knurled Valve Cover nut
To use this style, I did have to drill out the holes slightly in the valve cover which may be less than ideal for some.

My 64 came with one of those breathers. I think it was a common mod after TR removed the breather tube and blocked the hole in the block -- the small tube/hose from the valve cover to the carbs wasn't enough to relieve even modest back pressure with the result being oil being pushed out of any place it could go.
I replaced the valve cover with one that had not been modified but added a road draft (breather) tube like earlier engines have.
