Question, does anyone have a good curve for a 123Ignition Tune for a similar setup as mine?
What I have is a '66 TR4A with 86mm pistons,, large valve head, a fast road cam and a pair of Weber DCOE 40's.
I'm looking for a curve that would be very streetable, this baby is not going to track day other than to watch.
Any tuning input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ed

Unless they've changed their policy in the past couple years, the guys at 123 don't publish their curves. That annoys the bejeezes out of me. They will designate a stored curve as the one matching some particular distributor, but that's all I've ever found. If they finally have responded to pressure to make the curves available, I'd like to know too, and where we can find them.

I'm toying with getting one for my TR4A, when I get it on the road. I have one in my Porsche 912, and it's a beautiful piece of hardware. The tunable one wasn't available for the Porsche when I bought it, so I just set it to the standard curve.

There's a little info here: http://www.123ignition.nl/product.phtml?id=30

Thanks Sarastro, I agree. I've pretty much combed all the 123ignition websites.

What was wrong with the old Kastner idea with about 26 to 30 total, all in by 3k, maybe add a ported advance of 8 to 12? Does it really make a dif for the street?

Nothing wrong with it, I was just wondering how others had approached it with a similar setup. Probably worth playing with though. Thanks, Ed
