I was able to find the internal seals and rebuilt mine. One thing is that you have to run it dry for a few minutes before putting any water for a proper break-in if you decide to rebuilt. Hi-flow is a good choice for what I heard (6 veins), the one you bought, hum, I will be sending that one back. Sorry if my honesty causes some non-intended concerns.

FWIW, I rebuilt a number of old original style water pumps years ago and the original seal was no longer available. The seal which was offered as a replacement (and which worked just fine) was the one used in the TR7 water pump.
