Larry, the idea of a “thread” is to keep the same problem in the same spot so people don’t have to guess at how you got to where you are or search around hell’s half acre to try to help you without repeating ideas that have already been discussed.

There are already enough people on this forum who clearly don’t understand this very basic fact, or maybe just think it’s cool to start new threads.eye rolling smiley

You could always pull it and replace it yourself and have a shop do the work.

The first thing to consider is a cradle for your floor jack.
