  • TR4 off the trailer and safely in the garage for restoration

“Trike”
This car looks like someone was trying to restore it back in the 80's, and then recently again. The brake work was fresh, fresh antifreeze and oil. Found it in Ohio and the restored frame in Canada.
The more I have torn it apart the more impressed I am with its condition. A lot of things that should be corroded and deteriorated are not bad at all. Sort of like a time capsule back to 1979.
The engine has some interesting chrome breathers installed on the stock valve cover. A multiblade fiberglass fan, and a nicely made header. Other than that very stock including the original tail piece and sun visors.
I can tell someone had installed a roll bar at one time so I may find a racing cam. The engine ran nice before tear down.
