One of the TR7 diffs is a 3.63. I think it's the earlier one that goes with the 4 speed manual. I believe that you have to swap in the spitfire stub axles and drill the front for the Spitfire mounting carrier but other than that, it's a straight swap. If you search the archives, I'm sure you will find details. Just a way to widen your search, if you have trouble finding a spitfire one.
