FYI, there are plenty of shops that will build you a custom clutch disc, or renew a worn one with fresh friction material.
You might even 'upgrade' the friction material while you are at it.
Frankly, if you can find suitable friction material, it's a DIY job, just use good rivets and set them properly.
Obviously inspect the 'core' candidate for cracks and broken springs, etc.
