Yes, see the link Grubscrew referenced. I have printed that same cap from the source you noted. Be careful of the filament you choose. I used PLA and it's a little to brittle and the little fingers break to easy. Use one of the softer filaments.

I talked with the designer he said this was made for the Aluminum Dolomite wheels. Mine are steel, and he does not think they would work

They did fit my Minilight replica's but I'm pretty sure I could use a more flexible filament and it would likely work fine.
