In reply to # 1498334 by Herald948 Thanks, Dan! Funny, the link works for me! winking smiley

It didn't work for me either. Must have lost something on the link set up. Maybe the direct link will work if not just grabbing the one I attached does work. (Thanks for the copy Andrew)

www.fairpoint.net/~herald948/database/wiring.htm#3 EDIT: Nope, this direct copy will not work either - the wonders of the net. da

I give up. It's something about this Forum software that still thinks it's 2014 and my site has been hacked (long since cleaned up and preventative measures put in place)! Nothing personal, Skye! winking smiley

Anyone have a picture of what item 43 looks like (Dip Switch according to the wiring diagram).

Item 38 is labeled as Steering Column Light Switch I have one of those (with 5 wires instead of the 3 in your pic)

Always thought the floor switch was superior to a stalk switch.

A metal turn indicator lever and a center mount horn would be nice.

Wonder if the older model will bolt on or there needs to be an adapter fabricated. Do it at the u-joint?

I had one of those in an old Mustang. With the clutch and the brake, you needed a third foot to drive it on the back roads at night!!. I much prefer the column switch.

The diagram is showing the floor mounted dip switch. Like the one in Heralds picture.

then what is 38 for? I assume you dont have both a column mount and a floor mount in one vehicle.. but the wiring diagram shows it?
