Hi all, hope the weekend is going great. Things are great here in the boonies. I have put in new brake and clutch master cylinders and ready to put in fluids. Any recommendations for the best for each? Have all new brakes and lines at the calipers. New lines to the slave cylinder. Thanks for ideas and advise. Sorry TR4 set up. Thanks again. I like DOT 5 Silicone. It does have pros & cons, but to me, the pros far outweigh the cons.

That I think captures both sides well.

I also have copies of the SAE papers mentioned, if anyone wants to dig that deep.

PS TRF has about the best price I've found on DOT 5. One of the nice things about it is that it doesn't get old and corrosive (like the others do), so it's OK to keep a big bottle of it instead of having to buy a fresh bottle every time you need to top off.

I had DOT 5 silicone before and have reverse to DOT 4, I needed to overhaul 2 brakes and I had access to a new bottle of DOT 4, and no other reason that it is a inexpensive product.
