Rebuilt the seats in my 250. I was lucky and got some side springs from a friend.
I was able to replace the rear spring that holds the bottom seat pad with a 15 inch door
spring from Ace Hardware and cut two inches off it and added to S hooks.

Your seats truned out very nice. They are a pain to do. I ended up with up two passenger seats. I cut the two upright pipes on one seat and rotated them. Worked out perfect. I did have to redrill a couple of spring holes

Alan, lucky that you got wing springs from a friend. I had to make them and it was a PITA! Did you buy the covers and foams as kits? If so from whom? I just bought mine from TRF and am waiting for delivery. From my cc charge, it doesn't seem like they've backordered any of it. Miracle! I went with black with white pipe as original but yours look awesome.

Steve,
I couldn't imagine trying to make the springs.
I got the foam from TRF.
Seats covers came from John Skinner.

I have two TR250 Seat / interior kits that I might sell.

One is Black / white
the other is Tan / white

They go to two 250 projects I have, but by the time I get them done, I'll probably want different colors.
I can save someone the 2 month make up time.
PM me if interested.

Alan, my TRF kits arrived during the week so I'll attempt the jig saw puzzle assembly today.
