Agreed. I never met Charles personally, but in the early days of his business I often spoke to him on the phone -- that was before he had staff to take over that task. Just recently spoke with Deb and it felt like I was talking with an old friend. I found Simon's obituary online, but naturally, no mention of a cause.

I missed this earlier. I too feel the pain for Charles and the family. We also lost our son at a young age so I do understand. I have always enjoyed working with Charles since those day when he was working parts out of his moms bathroom and answered the phones himself. I feel it as losing a close friend.
