I am planning on driving up from Charlotte, NC, departing before dawn on 8/3. It is less than 500 miles from here to Indiana, PA outside Pittsburgh.

I should add if any interest in meeting up en route and caravanning.
Let me know via PM. Cheers, Scott Huff

I'll be going down from Toronto.

Hopefully it will be a dry drive

Dino,
I am with you, brother. Dry and hopefully a little cooler that the SE US. We have been in high 90's F for a few days with lots humidity. How long of a drive is it for you? About 480 miles from Charlotte, so roughly 8 hrs of driving plus breaks. I look forward to meeting you there and checking out your Spit.

Yes I'm expecting a cooler drive.

Pretty excited about the trek around 500km, 300 miles.

Rebuilt the motor this past winter and looking forward for a nice long drive.

Not sure if I'm camping or staying at a hotel. This is my first time attending not sure what to expect.

It was a great time. The rally through hills and the car show in town were my highlights.

Took some car cam video and shots.

People were great there.

Dino,
Regret we did not meet. I voted for your Spitfire and was glad to see you won an award, after dinner. I broke my TR6 on the drive to the Portage Railroad museum. Limped back to TRF with a heat fused wheel bearing to my LH front spindle. Repaired it with a lot of help (nice being able to get parts I needed), but missed the Saturday races. Next year!

Hey Scott

We did briefly meet while your car was in the garage; I believe you said you had driven her across the country with no problems. Thanks for your vote and glad to here the car was repaired there are times I wish I had TRF in my backyardsmileys with beer

Hope to see you at British Car Day in Oakville Canada!

Thanks for posting! Gotta get there some day and there's really no excuse being only a couple hours away.

It was a good time, good people and fun. I missed the Saturday races as I heat fused a wheel bearing to a font axle. Pretty area, great for roadster driving. I hope to go back next year. If you are a camper, there was a nice set up and plenty of room.
