Diving into this project, no significant issues. Even the trunion bolt seems ok.

Question 1 - how tight should the upper inner A arm nuts be? These are castellated nuts. I cannot find a torque value. Probably should not be too tight.

Question 2 - I have new ball joints and tie rod ends. Never looked at them in detail when I bought them. Now I notice that they do NOT have grease fittings. Is this okay???

Although they have the same parts, like U-joints, and tie rods ends, modern cars don't usually have grease fittings on those parts...I don't see a thing wrong with using 'permanently lubricated' components.
