Throttle linkage bearings/bushing

So my throttle only opens up about 60% and I have no bushing as far as I can tell. Who makes good bushings that aren't a royal pain to put in? I tried Chris Witor, but I could not find the parts.

I think that I received an instruction sheet with the parts when I installed them a little over a year ago. I'll check when I get home.

I installed the Good Parts bushings a few weeks ago. After trying to get the drivers side bushing in without much luck, I chamfered the edges going into the firewall with a file and it went right in, no problem.
