Saturday we took a drive to Siesta Key FL, to check out the town and the beach. During our walk I noticed an unusual car. I took a few photos, did some research and emailed the Humber historian that replied with this information..

This is a @1963 Humber Sceptre Mk1 and should be a 4 door saloon!
The person has welded the back doors up and removed the roof adding the soft top. Never made as a DHC. A Hillman Super Minx of the period could be supplied as a DHC.
I attach a picture of what it should look. By the colour of the seats, it would have been a two tone green colour and should not have those wheels
