Hi. I want to know how you handle supplier quality issues? One more thing, how do you improve the supplier management effectively? I'm new to the position and I'm really trying to adapt immediately. The last one sitting here "AWOLed" that's why I'm really like groping.

Maybe the first step would be something like, "Don't Spam potential customers."

Reported.

I usually will take them out to lunch to discuss the quality issues. Meanwhile, one of my staff warms up the backhoe & digs a rather deep hole. When the supplier notices he keeps replacing QA staff, eventually he either fixes the problem, or refuses to send them any more... I use the same method for spammers.
