It has been pretty cold and snowy here. I got some time to work on the Spitfire today, trying to stay warm in the process.
The two bolts that go through the floor and the outrigger have yet to be installed. With the new floor, corner bracket and lower A-post all new, I figured I wasn't safe drilling the hole until the body was squarely in the frame. I got the passenger side drilled today and the bolt drops right through, I'll try to do the driver's side tomorrow.
I then installed the clutch master and pedal assembly, I then got the brake pedal assembly installed. I purchase two aluminum trays from a TriumphExp member, they line up well and should keep any fluid from the paint. Lastly I installed the throttle pedal. I should be able to get the brake master in tomorrow.
A good, but cold day.
One side lined up and drilled
Clutch master and pedal assembly in
