I had to use a dremel to get a little relief in the same one.

Thanks for the confirmation Hazen. I'm going to give it a couple of more tries, then the Dremel is coming out .

To be fair I did replace both outriggers and must have gotten something slightly off. Plus, I needed a washer a little larger than stock right there after my adjustment
