Mini Accord on the left TR7 on the right bracket

Mini/Accord on the left, TR7 on the right, bracket in the middle. The hose goes to the TR7 spigot via a 6in male-to-male flare pipe.

Heres the rotor and caliper fitted. Note the top left 6 in brake pipe to adapt the Accord hose (M10X1.0) female flare.

You must drive really fast. Did you try competition pads in the original setup?

Not me, Phil. Too much of a chicken.BUTTR7 brakes were never great and with a fairly eager V6 up front and in modern ABS-equipped traffic I needed a little more confidence than I had with the OEM setup.Ive just regular pads in for now.The plan is to convert the rears during the winter!

Using old washing line and string to draw the leat

Using old washing line and string to draw the leather tighter over the seats. Not elegant but it cetainly helped.

BMW back foam and leather covers I didnt use the

BMW back foam and leather covers. I didnt use the seat foam.

TR7 frame webbing and seat foam with BMW head

BMW back foam fits pretty good on TR E36 franke
